Guarantees delivery to mainland UK addresses the next working day as long as we receive orders before 12pm

Gorgeous & Co is not responsible for any local import and customs duties payable for goods delivered overseas.

All of the above delivery times are subject to your goods being in stock. We will let you know if there’s going to be a delay due to a product being out of stock.

RETURNS

If you’re dissatisfied with your order, you can return it within 2 weeks of receipt and we will refund you as long as the goods aren’t damaged. Just send the items in their original packaging along with the returns/exchange form enclosed to:

Gorgeous and Co will not pay for the cost of returning the goods and when returning or exchanging them, we suggest you use recorded delivery as we do not accept responsibility for anything that’s lost or damaged in transit

EXCHANGES

We will exchange your order on products we have in stock. Just note that you want to exchange your goods on the Return form and tell us why, this will help us improve our service in the future.  You will not be charged additional postage and packaging on your replacement items as long as they are delivered to a UK address.

NOTE: for Hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns or exchange on knickers.
